A little about me. . .
I absolutely enjoy teaching parents and educators to sign with their babies and toddlers! The look on parents faces after seeing their children recognized their first sign is elating and even more so when they start to actually communicate with them. I love being an instrument to help parents develop a better relationship and bond with their little ones through early communication.

I am a mother of two wonderful children (4 years and 15 months) who have both had great success in signing to communicate. My 4-year old son signed around 450 words before the age of 18 months and then began replacing those signs with verbal words. My daughter is currently signing around 160 words and LOVES books and learns more and more each day. It is so awesome to know what their needs and desires are at such an early age. Along with the confidence that grow in them knowing they are understood.

I am also and a co-host for a Internet Radio show called Babies and Moms Radio: Birth and Beyond where we talk about successes of signing and help parents overcome the challenges that arise with signing with their babies. We also talk about everything else mom and baby too! Tune in or listen to podcasts at!!
