Classes & Workshops by Linda Haley, M.S., Ed.

"Talking" With Babies
A six week interactive class for parents and their babies.

Sign language builds on a baby’s natural tendancy to gesture andis as easy to learn as waving, clapping and pointing. Babies as young as 8 months can communicate their thoughts and desires through signing. This helps to reduce frustration, foster trust, and deepen the connection between babies and parents. Studies show that early exposure to sign language leads to earlier speech acquisition and stronger pre-reading skills.
