Hello, My name is Polly Raike and I am the Technical Assistance Coordinator at The Child Care Resource and Referral of West Georgia at Columbus. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with and actively use basic sign language in the preschool classroom. I became interested in using signs with infants and toddlers to help with communication, frustration and behaviors when approached by childcare professionals. This program offers providers concrete tools to the everyday questions and obstacles they face.
