Signing with Little Ones

This is a beginner course in using baby sign at home with your little one. Based on the Sign2Me program, in this 6-week course you will learn about the benefits of using baby sign, what you can expect when using baby sign at home, 50+ American Sign Language signs related to early communication (i.e. mealtime, family, play, bathing, dressing, bedtime), and songs and activities for you to practice signing at home. Classes are geared towards children 6-18 months of age, but all ages from newborn to toddlers can benefit and are welcome.

A World of Baby Sign

This is an intermediate course in using baby sign at home and out in the world. The course is offered as a continuation of the beginner course, â??Signing with Little Onesâ??. Based on the Sign2Me program, in this 6-week course you will learn 50+ more American Sign Language signs related to everyday activities at home and out in the world (i.e. animals, toys, clothing, actions, self-help, community), as well as new songs and activities for you to practice signing with your child. Classes will demonstrate how to introduce signs both at home and when you are out and about, and how to combine signs for the more advanced signers.

Introduction to Baby Sign

This is an introductory workshop in using baby sign at home with your little one. Based on the Sign2Me program, this workshop is offered for those who would like to get started using baby sign at home without the time commitment of a longer course. The workshop is geared towards children 6-18 months of age, but all ages from newborn to toddlers can benefit and are welcome.
