Our workshops are tailored for the Early Childood Educator. We provide S*CCEEDS level training in Arizona and we are active members of both AzEYC and NAEYC.
We were featured speakers at NAEYC National Convention in Chicago, IL in November 2007 and will be speaking at the National Head Start Association Conference in Orlando, FL in April 2009. We provide the same level of training in Arizona.

Who We Are...
Jennifer Matthews, M.Ed
Jennifer received her Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Glendale Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and an emphasis in Child Development, a Post Bach in Elementary Education and a Masters in Special Education with emphasis on Birth to Five from Arizona State University.
Jennifer is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is part of the certified Sign2Me presenters’ network, which means Jennifer has had formal education in American Sign Language (ASL), she is also a certified Career Level trainer with S*CCEEDS with the Arizona Association of Child Care (ASCC) and an Adjunct Professor with Rio Salado Community College in Arizona.
Jennifer is a mother and an early childhood educator that uses sign language in the classroom with her Kindergarten students. Morgan, her 6-year-old daughter signed her first word, milk, at 11 months old.
In previous years Jennifer has been a family facilitator in the New Directions Institute (NDI) for Infant Brain Developments Parents as First Teachers program. Through this community-based program Jennifer has conducted monthly parent workshops in Maricopa County, AZ that provided parents and caregivers with training and tools to help infants, toddlers, and preschoolers develop healthy brains and enter school ready to learn. Through this experience Jennifer developed a passion and interest in early brain development. Jennifer views sign language as a tool to promote healthy brain development in young children.
