Northlight Communications offers the following shipping options:
Standard Ground:
USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground Express Shipping:
FedEx Express and FedEx Overnight International Shipping:
Airborne Express and US Postal Service Air Mail

Specifying Your Preferred Shipping Method

Orders placed via our Online Store can be shipped via USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail by default. If you would prefer expedited shipping, place your order via telephone by calling our Customer Service department at 1-877-SIGN2ME (744-6263).

Order Processing

All USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground orders typically ship within 48 hours.

All FedEx Express and FedEx Overnight orders typically ship within 24 hours. (Orders must be received before 1:00 PM PST/10:00 AM EST.)

Some orders may take longer than usual (backorders, special orders, sample requests, etc.) and you will be notified of their approximate shipping date. We do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible.

When placing an order, ensure that your Shipping Address is correct. You MAY NOT re-route your package once your order has been shipped. All re-routing will incur a fee of $15.00. All re-routing fees will be automatically charged to the credit card account on file.

Orders over $300.00, expedited orders, rush orders, special cases, orders having excessive weight or size, non-Continental US and International orders will be priced per application and shipping method. Contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@sign2me.com for exact shipping costs.
