By submitting an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Northlight Communications. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to read and understand these policies. While we endeavor to keep all information current and accurate, Northlight Communications reserves the right to change any information and prices without prior notice. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of any form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Northlight Communications reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, and without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Payment Methods

The following are payment methods accepted by Northlight Communications. We do not accept CODs.

End Users:
Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check

Wholesale Buyers:
Credit Card, Money Order, Corporate Check, Purchase Order (min. $75 on P.O.) - OAC

Governmental/Educational Buyers:
Credit Card, Money Order, Institutional Check, Purchase Order (min. $75 on P.O.)

Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases from Northlight Communications. Be sure to specify the correct Shipping and/or Billing Address when placing an order; incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

Money Orders and Personal/Corporate Checks
Northlight Communications accepts money orders, personal and corporate checks in United States Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or credit card info, pending product availability. For personal and corporate checks, please allow up to 10 days for your check to clear. Northlight Communications cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time funds clear or payment is received. We charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

To pay via money order or check:
1. We suggest sending payment via Federal Express, UPS, etc. to track your payment more efficiently. No Saturday Delivery.
2. Include a complete, printed copy of our Order Form with your payment.

There may be some instances where demand for our products temporarily exceeds supply. We will accept orders for out-of-stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If one or more items are not in stock when we receive your order, it will be automatically placed on back-order and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a back-order at any time prior to shipping by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@sign2me.com.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Returned products must contain all of their original components and must be undamaged. A credit for the original purchase price will only be applied to your account once we have received the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition.
The customer is responsible for return postage; the original Shipping & Handling fees will not be refunded. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of Northlight Communications.

Replacement Policy

Northlight Communications has confidence in the quality of our products. If your product becomes defective within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, you may return it for an immediate replacement. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

Sales Tax

Sign2Me/ Northlight Communications is located in the state of Washington and is only obligated to collect 9.5% sales tax for delivery within that state. If you live outside of Washington, you are not required to pay sales tax.

Northlight Communications reserves the right to decline any order for any reason.
